Data Analyst

We are seeking a versatile operations and analytics professional to own our supply chain logistics systems, dashboards, and tech-enabled workflows. This role sits at the intersection of operations, analytics, and technology, requiring someone who can manage day-to-day configurations, build insightful dashboards, and drive process improvements across our logistics stack.

• Create and maintain operational dashboards for logistics performance tracking

• Own dashboard knowledge transfer and documentation across teams

• Manage Clickpost allocation, including adding new couriers/accounts and handling allocation changes

• Configure Clickpost features such as blacklisting, reports, and API integrations

• Own end-to-end Promise Panel management: taking simulations live, EDD (Estimated Delivery Date) changes, new warehouse additions, and buffer adjustments

• Run delivery simulations, projections, and capacity planning

• Conduct root-cause analysis on delivery breaches and RTO (Return to Origin)

• Take care of special projects or operations workflows

• Coordinate program management for tech-related issues

• Work across core systems: Promise Engine, ERP, Shopify, and Clickpost

• 2 – 4 years experience in e-commerce/D2C logistics, supply chain, or operations analytics

• Hands-on experience with logistics platforms (Clickpost or similar courier-aggregation tools strongly preferred)

• Strong analytical skills; proficiency in SQL and dashboarding tools (e.g., Metabase, Tableau, Power BI)

• Hands-on experience working on Python

• Creating and managing databases

• Hands-on experience working with APIs

• Familiarity with Shopify and ERP systems

• Understanding of last-mile delivery metrics: EDD, NDR, RTO, breach analysis

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business, Operations, or related field
