Role: Data Analytics Lending
Location: Gurugram

What you'll lead / own:
- Credit funnel analysis across application approval disbursal journeys
- Building scorecards, frameworks (CIBIL, thick/thin files, bureau/behavioural, ATS cohorts etc.)
- Forecasting GMV, approval, conversion and cost metrics with strong SQL + Python
- Lender-wise performance insights + pricing/ROI optimisation
- Working closely with product, growth, lender ops & engineering
Must-have skills:
- Personal loans/BNPL experience (D2C/app marketplace)
- Credit policy & bureau logic familiarity
- Strong SQL + Python + dashboarding (Tableau pref)
- Statistical modelling + ML exposure (logistic regression, scorecards, XGBoost etc.)
- Prior experience in lending / fintech / NBFC / bank analytics
- Comfort with big data, business problem solving, ownership mindset
