• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Looker Studio for internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Create, manage, and automate MIS reports monitoring business, operational, and financial KPIs in real time.
• Use CleverTap for user engagement analytics, cohort analysis, campaign measurement, and retention tracking.
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to drive revenue growth, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams to deliver analysis on sales performance, user acquisition, retention, and campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses on pricing, inventory, sales, and customer behavior to answer live business questions.
• Support A/B testing by setting up experiments, monitoring results, and presenting statistical findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across all reporting and analytics activities.
• Present findings in clear, digestible formats to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in e-commerce or a consumer-facing business.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data patterns, evaluate trends, and develop data-driven strategies.
• Solid SQL skills — comfortable writing and debugging queries independently.
• Hands-on experience with Looker Studio for dashboards and visualizations.
• Proficiency in statistics for rigorous data analysis and experiment evaluation.
• Working knowledge of data modeling to design effective reporting structures.
• Familiarity with CleverTap or a similar engagement analytics tool.
• Basic Python or R for statistical and data processing tasks is a plus.
• Prior experience in e-commerce or the beauty and wellness domain is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
