About the Position

Sudhanand group seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with expertise in Python, SQL, Excel, VBA, BI tools, and AI/ML techniques. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data collection, processing, analysis, and visualization, along with the ability to apply machine learning and artificial intelligence methods to support data-driven decision-making across business functions.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and process structured and unstructured data from various internal and external sources.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights.
• Use SQL for data extraction, transformation, and manipulation.
• Automate repetitive data tasks using Python and VBA.
• Create dynamic dashboards and visual reports using Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customized analytical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.
• Apply AI/ML techniques for predictive analysis, forecasting, and advanced statistical modeling.
• Provide support for data-driven strategies, including anomaly detection, recommendation systems, and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Excel, including advanced functions and macros.
• Hands-on experience in SQL for querying and managing databases.
• Experience with VBA scripting for task automation in Excel.
• Proficient in at least one BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and their application in business context.
