Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Chandigarh. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that will guide decision-making processes. Day-to-day tasks include data cleaning, preparing reports, identifying trends, creating visualizations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business strategy and performance. The role requires strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in data analysis methodologies, statistical tools, and SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of database management and programming languages like Python or R
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings in a clear, concise manner
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or relevant field
• Experience in an educational or academic environment is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams
