Roles and Responsibilities:

Seeking a skilled Data Analyst with:

Strong SQL expertise
Deep understanding of data relationships and cardinality
Ability to perform source-to-target mapping and define data transformation rules
Capability to work independently with minimal guidance
Experience supporting data modelers
Strong healthcare domain knowledge, particularly related to:
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA)
Health Benefits Accounts (HBA)
Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
Financial wellness benefits and services

The ideal candidate will bridge both technical and business needs effectively.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong proficiency in SQL
Understanding of data relationships and cardinality
Experience with source-to-target mapping and defining transformation rules
Ability to work independently
Ability to assist data modelers
Healthcare data knowledge, especially related to FSA, HRA, HBA, HSA, and financial wellness products
