We are seeking an experienced Oracle Benefit Specialist with expertise in third-party integration to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance, and facilitating seamless integration with external vendors.
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer Oracle Benefit modules and processes.
- Coordinate with third-party service providers for integration of benefit systems.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies regarding employee benefits.
- Perform regular audits and data analysis to ensure accuracy in benefit administration.
- Assist in the development and implementation of benefits programs and policies.
- Provide support and training to employees on benefits-related inquiries.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in Oracle Benefits administration.
- Strong understanding of HR policies and employee benefits regulations in India.
- Experience with third-party integration and vendor management.
- Proficient in Oracle HCM Cloud applications, particularly Benefits module.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
