We are seeking an experienced Oracle Benefit Specialist with expertise in third-party integration to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance, and facilitating seamless integration with external vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer Oracle Benefit modules and processes.
  • Coordinate with third-party service providers for integration of benefit systems.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies regarding employee benefits.
  • Perform regular audits and data analysis to ensure accuracy in benefit administration.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of benefits programs and policies.
  • Provide support and training to employees on benefits-related inquiries.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in Oracle Benefits administration.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and employee benefits regulations in India.
  • Experience with third-party integration and vendor management.
  • Proficient in Oracle HCM Cloud applications, particularly Benefits module.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
