Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Bangalore (100% WFO)

About The Role

Translate raw operational and campaign data into actionable insights that improve debt recovery efficiency and client ROI. You'll support end-to-end collections strategy with dashboards, benchmarks, and predictive analytics.

What You'll Do

• Build daily dashboards for voice, SMS, and email performance funnels.
• Develop account-specific benchmarks for onboarding, activation, and expansion stages.
• Identify gaps and trends using historical data analysis.
• Run predictive models for rollbacks, cure rates, and recovery likelihood.
• Prepare QA sampling and reporting for agent call reviews.
• Partner with PMs and Portfolio Managers on A/B test results and campaign pivots.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of analytics experience in fintech, collections, or SaaS.
• Strong technical skills: Advanced SQL, Excel (macros, pivot tables), BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with AI/ML-based predictive analytics a plus.
• Knowledge of data privacy and secure handling protocols.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work in US business hours.
