Data Analyst /Business Analyst

Role Overview

The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across Order Management, Procurement, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Support functions to understand business processes and enable digital transformation initiatives through data-driven insights and structured requirement management.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Process Analysis

• Elicit, document, and manage business requirements from stakeholders across Operations
• Perform current-state process mapping and gap analysis to identify automation and AI opportunities
• Develop functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Analyze operational data and metrics to support business case creation
  
  

Stakeholder Engagement

• Conduct workshops and interviews with SMEs, process owners, and end-users
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress on initiatives
  
  

Solution Design & Validation

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Data Scientists to design effective solutions
• Define and execute UAT plans ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Support change management, training, and user adoption activities
  
  

Continuous Improvement

• Monitor solution performance post-implementation and identify improvements
• Maintain a backlog of enhancement opportunities across operations
• Contribute to BA frameworks, templates, and best practices
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–6 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in Operations or Supply Chain domains
• Experience with process modelling tools (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart)
• Familiarity with Agile tools and frameworks (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
• Strong analytical skills with exposure to SQL or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, D365) is an advantage
• Exposure to AI/ML or RPA projects is a plus
