Responsibilities
- Support the organization by analyzing, interpreting, and reporting data to drive informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and other cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data delivery and insights.
- Assist in designing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytical tools.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for analysis.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining data pipelines and databases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Support operational reporting, performance metrics tracking, and ad-hoc analysis.
- Document processes, insights, and analysis methodology for reproducibility.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and maintain data security standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- SQL querying and data manipulation
- Data analysis and reporting
- Dashboard and visualization creation (Power BI / Tableau)
- Data quality checks and root cause analysis
- Understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with IT and business teams
