Data Analysts!
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from various sources.
- Build and maintain dashboards and HR reports using tools like Excel.
- Track and report on key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, time to hire, diversity, performance, etc.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand data needs and deliver insights.
- Develop predictive models and trend analyses to forecast workforce needs and identify risks.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Present data-driven findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
