Job Summary:

The Data Analyst at RupeeQ will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate actionable insights that support business decisions. This role works closely with product, finance, sales, and operations teams to improve performance, efficiency, and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.

Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key business metrics.

Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support strategic and operational decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.

Automate recurring reports and improve data workflows.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports.

Support ad-hoc analysis and data requests from leadership.

Document data definitions, methodologies, and reporting processes.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data analysis techniques.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus.

Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail.

Ability to translate complex data into clear insights.

Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.

14 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analytics roles.

Experience in fintech, BFSI, or high-growth tech environments is an advantage.
