We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 4-13 years of experience in data analysis and will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation processes.
• Assist in the design and implementation of data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
