Core Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis and Hypothesis Creation:

  • Work deeply with B2B and B2C data across acquisition, onboarding, usage, and renewals
  • Analyse funnels, cohorts, and behaviour to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Translate observations into clear, testable hypotheses - Move from what is happening to why it is happening

2. Hypothesis Testing and Data Backed Decisions

  • Design and evaluate experiments to validate hypotheses
  • Use data to confirm or reject assumptions
  • Quantify impact and recommend whether to scale, optimise, or stop initiatives
  • Ensure decisions are based on evidence, not intuition

3. Dashboards and Reporting

  • Build dashboards that clearly reflect business health
  • Ensure metrics are accurate, consistent, and decision ready
  • Provide daily and weekly views that highlight changes, risks, and trends

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem solving
  • 3 to 5 years of experience into Data Analytics
  • Hands on experience working with funnels, cohorts, and lifecycle data
  • Ability to explain insights clearly to non technical stakeholders
  • Experience with SQL and analytics or CRM tools such as Metabase, MoEngage, HubSpot, or similar
