We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 38 years of experience to transform data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations)
Perform ad-hoc analysis and present findings to leadership
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance standards
Automate recurring reports and optimize data processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
38 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
Strong proficiency in SQL
Experience with Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards)
Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker)
Experience with Python or R for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy preferred)
Strong understanding of statistics and data modeling
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
Experience working in Agile environments
