About Position:
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Data Analyst with strong expertise in U.S. healthcare data, reporting, and analytics. In this role, you will work with large-scale healthcare datasetsincluding claims, eligibility, provider, utilization, and quality datato support business operations, regulatory reporting, and strategic initiatives. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, contribute to data modeling efforts, create process documentation, and translate complex healthcare information into actionable insights that drive valuebased care, population health, cost optimization, and quality improvement.

What You'll Do:
- Analyze and interpret largescale U.S. healthcare datasets including claims, eligibility, provider, utilization, and quality data, ensuring accurate and meaningful insights.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, validate, and transform healthcare data across relational and cloudbased databases.
- Support data modeling and integration efforts by working with platforms such as Snowflake and MySQL, partnering with data engineering to ensure reliable ingestion from source systems.
- Develop process flows, data lineage diagrams, and system architecture documentation using tools like Microsoft Visio or draw.io to standardize healthcare data workflows.
- Document healthcare business rules, metric definitions, reporting logic, and support consistent application of standardized healthcare metrics.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders in Operations, Finance, Clinical, Quality, and Compliance to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Present analytical findings, trends, and recommendations to leadership, translating complex healthcare data into clear, userfriendly narratives.
- Contribute to analytics initiatives focused on valuebased care, population health, quality improvement, and operational efficiency.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Healthcare Analytics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of handson experience in U.S. healthcare analytics, including benefits, claims, and eligibility data.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing healthcare datasets.
- Familiarity with Snowflake, MySQL, and modern data warehousing concepts.
- Experience creating process and data flow documentation using Microsoft Visio or equivalent tools.
- Strong analytical, problemsolving, and data validation skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
