Job Description :

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy data crunching using Excel, R, or Python.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards in Tableau with seamless data integration.
• Create impactful presentations (PPT) to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and build data models for forecasting and planning.
• Apply statistical techniques such as regression, variance analysis, hypothesis testing, and confidence intervals.
• Ensure accurate interpretation of data using concepts like mean, median, weighted averages, correlation vs. causation, and probability.
• Select appropriate data visualization techniques to convey insights clearly and effectively.
• Identify and mitigate biases in data and analysis.
• Maintain high standards of data integrity and accuracy in all analytical assignments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support planning and reporting needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 78 years of relevant experience in data analysis and planning.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling).
• Hands-on experience with R or Python for statistical analysis.
• Expertise in Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualization.
• Strong presentation skills with mastery in PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and data modeling.
• Familiarity with sampling techniques, statistical significance, and forecasting methods.
• Excellent communication and articulation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Must have own laptop for work-related tasks.
