As we scale rapidly, we're looking for a highly analytical, smart, driven, and detail-oriented individual to join Oyela as a Data Analyst to turn complex, unstructured data points into clear, actionable insights for the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a single source of truth for all core business metrics: sales, returns, inventory, raw materials, BOMs, and production.
• Responsibilities:  Collaborate with business, marketing, and operations teams to understand challenges and translate them into analytical and process improvement initiatives.
• Create P&L weekly basis to track improvement parameter
• Reporting to external investor, founders on weekly basis for major business metrics  Analyse business performance (sales, inventory, marketing ROI, customer retention, manufacturing ROI ) and identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with tech/product teams to define requirements for dashboards, automation tools, or internal systems to fasten internal process
• Create and maintain KPI frameworks and business reports (conversion rates, order fulfillment, repeat purchase trends etc).
• Evaluate and streamline internal workflows — from design to production, inventory management to order dispatch, delivery to return flow etc
• Support strategic projects such as pricing optimization, demand forecasting, and new category launches.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior management in a clear, data-backed manner.

Skill Set needed

• 2–4 years in analytics role
• Must have knowledge of SQL and python
• Ability to clean, structure data points, understand business logic
