Data Analyst

• Translate Business Problems:Translate a business problem into a computer and statistical problem
• Data Management:Identify, evaluate, recover, and prepare the data Evaluate and guarantee the quality and relevance of the models used
• End-to-End Analysis:Conduct end-to-end analysis, communicating findings and developing recommendations for actions, optimization, and value creation

• Management of Tooling Projects:Oversee the generalization and industrialization of tooling projects, ensuring alignment with operational needs

Required Skills:

• Data Analysis Expertise:Proficiency in analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, R)
• Visualization Skills:Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Elastic ELK)
• Critical Analysis:Ability to interpret complex data and formulate relevant conclusions
• Effective Communication:Excellent written and oral communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to diverse audiences
• Proactive Problem Solving:Ability to identify issues and develop data-driven solutions
• Understanding of ITIL Processes:Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and the ability to apply them effectively
• Interpersonal Skills:Excellent ability to interact with users and stakeholders
• Project Management:Proven experience in managing projects related to operational tooling
• User-Oriented Approach:Ability to listen and incorporate user feedback to improve tools

Qualifications:

• Degree in statistics, computer science, or a related field
• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
• Experience in the telecommunications and IT sector is a plus
