Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and functional requirements to design efficient, scalable software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams developers, product managers, and data scientists to translate business problems into actionable technical deliverables.
- Apply advanced Excel, data science, and analytics techniques to drive product insights, performance evaluations, and data-based decision-making.
- Conduct product and system analysis to identify opportunities for innovation, optimization, and automation.
- Develop clear, structured documentation such as business requirements, system specifications, process workflows, and user stories.
- Work with large datasets to perform data analysis, visualization, reporting, and predictive modeling for business and product improvements.
- Provide analytical inputs and design recommendations throughout development, testing, and deployment life cycles.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Tech in any engineering discipline from IIT, DTU.
- 37 years of experience as a Software Analyst, Data Analyst, or Product Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in data science concepts, statistical modeling, and data visualization techniques.
- Solid understanding of software design principles, APIs, and system analysis methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with machine learning, AI-driven analytics, or predictive modeling.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar product management software.
- Working knowledge of SQL or database querying languages.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles in product design and evaluation.
