Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Processing
- Collect, clean, load, and transform datasets related to cities across global regions.
- Filter, segment, and organize datasets to support consistent ranking calculations and comparisons.
- Write efficient Python or R code for transformation within the rankings architecture.
Ranking Database & Master Data Management
- Support the development of ranking databases and data structures.
- Contribute to master-data management strategies ensuring consistency and traceability.
Research & Analytical Support
- Conduct desk research to support expert panel reviews.
- Provide quantitative insights to aid editorial and research teams.
- Identify inconsistencies, validate data quality, and ensure comparability across sources.
Visualization & Reporting
- Prepare dataset tables, visualizations, ranking matrices, and analytical summaries.
- Present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Documentation & Methodology
- Maintain complete documentation covering methodologies, logic, assumptions, and data workflows.
- Ensure all processes are reproducible and transparent.
