Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst who will be responsible for collecting

operational and financial data, organizing it into structured datasets, loading it into our

analytics system, and creating insightful reports in Looker Studio for business and

leadership decision-making.

This is a hands-on role that combines data collection, cleaning, database updates, and

dashboard/report creation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection & Preparation

Gather data (Excel/CSV/Google Sheets) from Finance, Ops, and internal teams.

Validate inputs for accuracy, completeness, and formatting.

Standardize and clean raw files before ingestion.

2. Data Ingestion & Database Management

Upload/insert data into the analytics database or storage system (BigQuery,

MySQL, or equivalent).

Maintain a structured repository of historical datasets.

Ensure periodic updates as per reporting schedules.

3. Reporting & Dashboarding

Build and update reports/dashboards in Looker Studio or any equivalent visualizations tool based on business requirements.

Translate CEO and leadership requirements into meaningful visualisations and insights.

Provide quick turnaround analysis when needed (ad-hoc reports).

Highlight trends, anomalies, and insights from the data.

4. Coordination & Support

Coordinate with Finance, Ops, and Product/Data teams to ensure timely data flow.

Maintain documentation of data sources, update cycles, and report definitions.

Support leadership with decision-making through reliable reporting.

Requirements:

1.5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Reporting, or Business Analytics.

Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, lookups).

Experience with Looker Studio or or any equivalent visualizations tool(mandatory).

Experience with analytics databases (BigQuery, MySQL, etc.).

Ability to work with raw data and convert it into structured datasets.

Good understanding of dashboards, KPIs, and data visualization principles.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Comfortable coordinating across teams to collect data regularly.
