Data Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst who can convert data into actionable insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical capabilities, experience with data visualization tools, automation, and advanced data analysis, and the ability to communicate insights effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business decision-making.

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Looker Studio.

Automate reporting workflows and internal processes using Google Apps Script.

Perform advanced data analysis using Microsoft Excel, including data modeling, reporting, and data cleaning.

Utilize AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to enhance data analysis, automation, and workflow efficiency.

Build or support internal reporting tools and dashboards using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript where required.

Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and convert them into data-driven solutions and reports.

Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across dashboards and reporting systems.

Present insights and analytical findings clearly to stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting systems, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize data workflows.

Preferred Profile

2–3 years of experience in Data Analysis / Business Intelligence / Reporting roles

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Proactive and detail-oriented mindset

Good communication and collaboration skills

Ability to translate complex data into simple business insights
