Role Summary:

You will design and build the analytics layer on top of our MongoDB and Firebase infrastructure.

Your responsibility is to convert distributed, document-based healthcare data into structured, decision-ready insights. This role involves close collaboration with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure that data insights support clinical and operational performance.

This is a contract role (2 months) with the potential to extend or convert full-time based on performance and project needs.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dashboards using data from MongoDB and Firebase.
• Design aggregation queries and data transformations to structure patient and operational metrics.
• Create clean, intuitive, and visually effective dashboards for non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and performance gaps through data analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine reporting requirements and improve decision-making frameworks.
• Document methodology, assumptions, and recommendations for further improvement.

Must-Have Skills:

• 15 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data reporting roles
• Working knowledge of MongoDB (including aggregation pipelines and query optimization).
• Experience working with Firebase / Firestore data structures.
• Experience with dashboarding or BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Metabase or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and user-friendly design.
• Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working with healthcare or patient-related data.
• Familiarity with healthcare operational workflows.
• Basic knowledge of frontend visualization libraries is an advantage.
