Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in data analytics, with specific experience in handling data related to Marketing, Sales, and Business Intelligence. Proficiency in HubSpot is a key requirement for this role, as we heavily rely on this platform for our marketing and sales activities.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Interpretation:
• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends related to marketing, sales, and business intelligence.
• Utilize statistical methods to identify patterns, correlations, and opportunities for improvement.

HubSpot Expertise:

• Leverage in-depth knowledge of HubSpot to extract and manipulate data for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Ensure accurate and timely data synchronization between various systems and platforms.

Marketing and Sales Support:

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the effectiveness of marketing and sales campaigns.

Business Intelligence:

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of business intelligence tools and processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through data analysis.

• Data Quality Assurance:
• Implement and maintain data quality standards to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Perform regular data audits and identify areas for improvement in data hygiene.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Data Analyst with a focus on marketing, sales, and business intelligence.
• Proficiency in HubSpot and other relevant data analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings in a clear and understandable manner.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
