Job Description: PMO/ Data Analyst (1–2 Years Experience)
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to support data-driven decision-making across the organisation. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills with good command over the English language. proficiency in Excel-based data manipulation, Effective power-point decks and dashboard creation and the ability to present insights effectively to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Prepare and manage Excel-based reports using:
- Pivot Tables
- Lookups (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP)
- Filters, Sorting, Power Pivots and advanced formulas
- Design and develop dashboards and visual reports for business stakeholders
- Convert complex data into clear presentations using PowerPoint
- Work with speed and efficiency, ensuring quick turnaround time on deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with leadership to understand requirements and present insights
- Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and reporting quality
- Support ongoing data governance and reporting initiatives
Required Job Skills:
- 1–2 years of experience in Data Analysis / MIS / Reporting roles
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Microsoft Excel (Advanced level)
- Data analysis and reporting techniques
- Dashboard creation
- Excel Formulae
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for executive-level presentations
- Strong understanding of data handling, structuring, and interpretation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high velocity and quick turnaround expectations
Required Soft Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong command over the English language
- Ability to clearly communicate insights to senior leadership
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proactive mindset with ownership and accountability
Desirable Skills (Good to Have)
- Basic knowledge of tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Exposure to SQL or data extraction techniques
- Excel certification
Work Location:
- Work From Office – in Person
- Flexibility with working from both Andheri East and Navi Mumbai – Mahape offices
Interview methodology
- Candidates must have Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint installed on their laptops before attending the interviews
- Case study with sample data will be provided to analyze & solution in excel and PowerPoint
Qualification:
- Engineering Graduate / BSc/ BCom/BMS Graduate with a full time MBA
- Excel / Power BI / Tableau certifications will be desirable
