About the Role
The Data Analyst – Turbo Cross Sell is responsible for generating accurate and timely reports, building dashboards to track KPIs, and automating reporting processes to improve efficiency. This role also involves understanding system enhancements to optimize existing processes and managing a team of MIS Executives.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Understand system enhancements required to improve existing processes.
- Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare presentations for management.
- Build dashboards and detailed reports to track KPIs and business metrics.
- Automate reports to drive efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
- Manage a team of MIS Executives.
Secondary Responsibilities
- All responsibilities are considered key and primary.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Graduate degree in a relevant field such as Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Experience
- Experience in data analysis, MIS reporting, and dashboard creation.
Skills and Attributes
