Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with expertise in Databricks, Power BI, or Tableau to join our team.
The ideal candidate should be able to effectively communicate with business users, understand their needs, and translate them into technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with developers, quality assurance, operations, IT, and business teams on cross-functional projects, from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards.
- Work independently, demonstrating strong problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Databricks for querying and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements for data solutions
