Minimmum 6+ years of experience in design and deliver analytics solutions evaluating campaign performance across onsite, offsite, and CRM media channels using scalable data models.
Must know: SQL, Advanced SQL, R/Python (Python preferable), Tableau/Looker.
Build and manage dashboards, KPIs, and reports for internal teams and advertiser needs, ensuring consistency through well-defined data models.
Perform media attribution, incrementality testing, and ROI analysis using modelled data pipelines to standardize measurement methodologies.
Develop and maintain data models supporting customer segmentation, behavioral insights, and first-party data targeting strategies.
Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and data narratives using structured and modelled data sources.
Support pre- and post campaign performance reviews with brand partners through clean, model-driven data outputs.
Identify trends in sales, customer behavior, and media engagement to inform strategic decisions using data modelling techniques.
Communicate analytical findings and data model outputs effectively to stakeholders and client partners at all levels.
