Position Title: Data Analyst - KPO
Tier: Tier 3
Role: A Management Information System representative designated to capture, collate, present weekly/ monthly business reviews, ad hoc reports, score cards and maintain dashboards for the functional groups.
Key Responsibilities
Strategical :
- Awareness of the entire reporting involved at each vertical.
- Incorporate learning objective of introducing automation through reporting.
- Proficient user of the basic tool needed for reporting in Google environment.
Tactical
- Facilitate problem solving and collaboration.
- Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, targets, standards, techniques and tools to support performance.
- Intervene when necessary to aid the group in resolving issues.
- Ensure deliverables are achieved to satisfy the reporting or visual requirements.
- Assist the studio team with the dashboard assignments.
Operational
- Work with functional managers to obtain necessary resources to support the objective of a report.
- Escalate cases of data scrubbing, date massaging and data misses to the Business Excellence Manager.
- Timely completion of the reporting and presentations with utmost accuracy.
- Establish meeting times, places, agendas and document the same with proper communication channels.
- Keep the reporting manager informed of task accomplishment, issues and status.
- Client updates to the process to be closed within the scheduled time.
- High proficiency in Verbal /Written English.
- Mandate knowledge of MS Office tools, MYSQL, VBA, G Suite and Advanced Excel.
- A clear communicator through all media.
- Passionate over data.
- Strong Organization Skills.
- Beginner/Practitioner in R language/Python. Basic Business Analytics, intermediate to advanced SQL skills, App scripts.
