Data Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our fast-growing fintech team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and Tableau, and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify process gaps and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to track key business KPIs such as loan disbursements, conversion rates, risk metrics, collections, and funnel performance.
• Use SQL to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple data
• sources.
• Perform data analysis and automation using Python to generate insights, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Support A/B testing, cohort analysis, and performance tracking of new product features and initiatives.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research to support strategic planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytics-focused role.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Tableau
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Charts).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in fintech, lending, or financial services is a plus.
