Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering, processing, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that support strategic business decisions. Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and preprocess data from diverse sources to ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify complex datasets trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to communicate insights effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored insights.
• Design and implement predictive models and analytical tools to enhance decision-making processes.
• Document methodologies, findings, and insights clearly and concisely for stakeholder review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, with proficiency in programming languages and tools such as Python, R, SQL, or Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques and their application in data analysis is a plus.
