About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analysis, visualization, and stakeholder management, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI / Tableau
• Write efficient queries using SQL for data extraction and transformation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to understand business needs
• Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 34 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis (preferred)
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
