What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain smart business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
• Create compelling dashboards and automated reports tailored to business needs.
• Gather and interpret stakeholder requirements to build meaningful data models and visual narratives.
• Manage and manipulate data from Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL environments.
• Validate data accuracy, usability, and ensure consistent performance across analytics platforms.
• Support strategic projects and decision-making processes with actionable insights.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure data-driven strategies align with business goals.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation, DAX calculations, and migration of reports.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL pipelines, and query optimization.
• Familiarity with other BI tools like Tableau, QlikView, or similar is a plus.
• Solid understanding of stakeholder communication, both technical and non-technical.
• Financial and/or marketing data analysis experience is an added bonus.
• Independent, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
