Key Responsibilities
- Understand business problems, define structured approaches, and propose data-driven solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) on large datasets to validate hypotheses.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track business performance.
- Analyze user and transaction data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to detect bottlenecks, risks, and improvement areas.
- Work with SQL, Python, or R for data extraction, processing, and analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and operations teams to drive process and product improvements.
- Prepare and present analytical findings to support strategic decision-making.
- Perform ad hoc analyses to address operational challenges and unblock workflows.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Python or R is mandatory.
- Knowledge of statistics, data interpretation, and common analytical techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and structured process thinking.
- Ability to work independently in unstructured and fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights clearly.
