Role Overview:

We are hiring a Data Analyst Intern to support data-driven decision-making across internal and client-oriented projects. The role emphasizes structured analysis, business context understanding, and translating raw data into meaningful insights that support operational and strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Interpret business problems and convert them into analytical tasks

* Aggregate and standardize datasets from multiple business sources

* Perform exploratory and diagnostic analysis to uncover trends and inefficiencies

* Build structured reports, KPI trackers, and business dashboards

* Use SQL and Excel to extract, manipulate, and validate datasets

* Support consulting-style case analysis and data-backed recommendations

* Identify gaps in data quality and suggest corrective measures

* Prepare concise summaries and insight reports for stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data handling)

* Basic understanding of SQL and data querying concepts

* Ability to think in a structured, problem-solving manner

* Good communication skills with the ability to explain insights clearly

* Attention to detail and analytical rigor

* Ability to work independently in a remote consulting setup

Preferred Skills:

* Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools

* Exposure to business case studies or consulting frameworks

* Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis (optional)

* Understanding of KPIs, metrics, and business performance tracking
