About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst who can collect, analyze, and interpret data to help improve business decisions and performance. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with datasets, creating reports, and identifying trends that support marketing, sales, and operational strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection and Management
- Collect data from multiple sources including databases, CRM systems, and online platforms
- Clean and organize datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Maintain structured data records and reports
Data Analysis
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Provide actionable insights to support business and marketing strategies
- Monitor key business metrics and performance indicators
Reporting and Visualization
- Create dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
- Present insights in a clear and easy-to-understand format
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Business Support
- Support marketing and sales teams with data-driven insights
- Analyze campaign performance and lead generation data
- Help optimize business processes using data insights
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Understanding of data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio)
- Basic knowledge of SQL or database queries
- Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
Preferred Skills (Good To Have)
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis
- Understanding of digital marketing analytics
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing tools
- Experience working with large datasets
