Data Analyst

Job Description:

• The Data Analyst is responsible for working with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translating those needs into technical requirements for the data engineering data analytics and data science teams
• They will also work on designing KPIs and dashboard development to ensure that the solutions they develop meet the needs of the stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to understand their business needs
• Translate business needs into technical requirements
• Communicate requirements to the engineering teams
• Work with the engineering teams to develop and implement solutions that meet the needs of the stakeholders
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the data platform and make recommendations for improvement
• Stay up to date on the latest data technologies and trends

Technical Requirements:

• Experience with Kafka GIT Jenkins Dynatrace
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop Spark
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS Azure GCP
• Experience with data governance and security

Additional Responsibilities:

• Experience working with data engineering data analytics and data science teams
• Strong understanding of data modeling extraction and big data technology
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• 2 years Experience with hands on data analysis and visualization tools such as Kibana Grafana Prometheus Looker Lucene Query big Python Google Standard SQL
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
