Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Design and build dashboards and reports using tools like PowerPoint, Canvas, MS Project , Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide solutions.
- Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data collection processes.
- Present findings through clear visualizations and presentations to stakeholders.
- Assist in defining and tracking KPIs to measure business performance.
- Support data-driven decision-making by providing regular and ad hoc reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferably Computer Science = 4-5 year experience
- Proven experience as a data analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power Point , Canvas , Power BI, Looker, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with machine learning or predictive modeling.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Summarize analytical findings with clear visuals (charts, graphs, dashboards).
- Explain trends and their impact on business metrics.
