Tekion is revolutionizing the automotive retail landscape through ARC, our industry-leading, cloud-native Dealer Management System (DMS). ARC seamlessly connects OEMs, dealerships, and consumers with robust, AI-enabled solutions that drive operational efficiency, unlock profitability, and elevate the automotive purchase experience. We are investing into the growth of our F&I Compliance module - empowering dealerships to perform KYC and other verification checks and ensure they run their retail business compliant with federal and state regulations, as well as meet their internal and lender processes.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst with ThoughtSpot experience to join our Analytics team. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders to translate data into meaningful insights, build robust dashboards and metrics, and drive analytics adoption across functions. Key Responsibilities

Insight & Analytics Delivery

  • Design, develop and maintain analytical dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards using ThoughtSpot.
  • Translate business requirements into analytic solutions and intuitive visualizations.
  • Empower business users with self-service analytics capabilities across functions (Sales, Finance, Product, Operations, etc.).

Data Interpretation & Storytelling

  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities.
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Drive data-informed decision-making across teams.

Collaborative Execution

  • Work closely with Data Engineering, BI, and product teams to ensure availability, accuracy, and reliability of data sources.
  • Develop and document analytics use cases, logic, definitions, and metadata.
  • Act as a ThoughtSpot championpartner with cross-functional teams to scale analytics adoption.

Quality & Governance

  • Validate data accuracy, troubleshoot complex data issues, and ensure best-in-class analytics practices.
  • Maintain data governance standards and contribute to continuous improvements in data quality and analytics processes.

What You Bring

  • 47 years of experience in analytics, data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with ThoughtSpotbuilding dashboards, SpotIQ, search analytics, liveboards, charts, and KPI metrics.
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases, data modeling, and ETL concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Solid problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and deliver results in a fast-moving environment.

Bonus Points

  • Exposure to other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Experience in SaaS product analytics, cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery), or data warehousing.
