About the Role
The
Data Analyst supports the Data & Analytics team by identifying business needs, building analytical tools, and developing test strategies. The role contributes to the delivery of business outcomes by supporting Senior Analysts and Lead Analysts in executing data-driven initiatives. The analyst is expected to apply analytical frameworks, challenge existing processes, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and scope business requirements and priorities through structured data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
- Design and apply analytics techniques to meet current and future business needs.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of data structures and fields required for effective analysis.
- Map analytical frameworks to available data sources to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Conduct statistical analysis and create visualizations to present findings in a clear, actionable manner
- Support ongoing monitoring of business performance through regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
- Develop test strategies and systematic procedures to validate solution performance and accuracy.
- Select and apply algorithms and advanced computational methods to enable systems to learn, adapt, and deliver desired outcomes.
- Approach problems with creativity and develop innovative, data-driven solutions.
- Challenge existing processes to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Maintain a strong focus on goal achievement and follow through on initiatives.
- Understand the broader business context and how data-driven decisions impact overall outcomes.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Graduationin Any discipline
- Post-Graduation: MBA or PGDM or MA Eco/Stats preferred
Experience
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis or related fields.
