Job Title: Data Analyst - I
Your Role:
u2022 Analyzes complex and diverse datasets from multiple sources to uncover actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive business improvements across various departments, working under general supervision.
u2022 Creates advanced data visualizations and comprehensive reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Python to effectively communicate trends, patterns, and insights to senior management and key stakeholders.
u2022 Prepares detailed documentation of data analysis processes, methodologies, and outcomes, ensuring clarity, reproducibility, and adherence to industry best practices and internal standards within a limited level of autonomy.
u2022 Optimizes sophisticated data models, Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, and databases, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability in data management practices.
u2022 Works with cross-functional teams, including Information Technology (IT), marketing, operations, and finance, to understand their data requirements, provide analytical support, and contribute to strategic initiatives and projects.
u2022 Ensures strict compliance with data privacy regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), as well as company policies, maintaining the highest standards of data privacy and security.
u2022 Conducts comprehensive data validation, cleansing, and verification processes using statistical methods and quality assurance techniques to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple data sources.
u2022 Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and critical business metrics, providing regular updates, trend analyses, and actionable insights to management, supporting continuous improvement and performance optimization efforts.
u2022 Supports data-related audits and compliance checks by preparing and providing timely, accurate data, detailed documentation, and insightful analysis to internal and external auditors and regulatory bodies.
u2022 Executes cutting-edge data analysis methodologies and technologies, leveraging automation, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to enhance analytical capabilities, streamline processes, and drive significant business growth.
You're the right fit if:
u2022 You have Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Data Science, Econometrics, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, Statistics OR equivalent with min. 6 yrs. of experience in Data Handling, Data Analytics, AI Modeling or equivalent.
