If yes, come and join us as our next Governance and Operations Analyst - Health & Talent.

What the day will look like

You will be part of the UK Health & Talent Business Governance Operations Team based across the UK, Krakow and India, supporting the delivery of highquality management information (MI), governance reporting and core operational processes. You will help run regular reporting cycles, BAU activities, respond to ad hoc priorities and translate diverse inputs into concise, usable insights for senior stakeholders across our Health & Talent business.

In this role, you will:

  • Support and help coordinate monthly governance, risk and performance reporting cycles for Health & Talent
  • Maintain and enhance dashboards and KPIs
  • Prepare clear reporting packs and summaries for governance forums (e.g. Health & Talent leadership meetings, operating committees)
  • Consolidate inputs from multiple Health & Talent functions (operations, finance, HR, risk, etc.), checking for completeness, consistency and accuracy
  • Perform data analysis on operational and risk metrics, highlighting key themes, emerging issues and opportunities for improvement
  • Support tracking and followup of issues, actions and decisions arising from governance forums
  • Run BAU governance and operational processes
  • Work closely with Health & Talent teams, risk, compliance and other partners to align reporting with governance and regulatory expectations
  • Help document, standardise and continuously improve Health & Talent reporting and operational processes, including standard operating procedures
  • Contribute to automation and standardisation initiatives using Microsoft 365 tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, PowerPoint)

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • 4-5 years of experiencein insurance, financial services, HR consulting, employee benefits, health & benefits administration, shared services or a similar environment
    • Experience in Health & Benefits, Talent, Rewards or broader HR solutions is a strong advantage
  • Strong data and analytical skills, with the ability to:
    • Work confidently with datasets in Excel or similar tools
    • Interpret MI and KPIs, spot trends and anomalies
    • Ask constructive questions and challenge assumptions where appropriate
  • Good written and presentation skills, with the ability to summarise complex information clearly for nontechnical and senior audiences
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint Power BI or similar visualisation tools is an advantage)
  • Experience supporting or improving reporting processes, including:
    • Standard templates and documentation
    • Controls, reconciliations and quality checks
    • Timely coordination of inputs from multiple stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, comfortable working with colleagues across Health & Talent operations, finance, risk, compliance and technology
  • Awareness of the regulatory and risk context for financial services and employee benefits experience working in or with regulated environments is an advantage
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fastpaced environment
