Primary title: Data Analyst
This role is fully remote, supporting cross-functional product and business teams to convert hiring and talent signals into measurable outcomes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end data analysis projects: gather requirements, extract and clean data, perform exploratory analysis, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Write performant SQL queries and build repeatable data pipelines to support dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or Tableau to track hiring funnels, sourcing ROI, and candidate metrics.
- Implement data-quality checks, validate metrics definitions, and troubleshoot discrepancies across systems.
- Collaborate with product, recruitment, and engineering teams to translate business questions into measurable KPIs and A/B test designs.
- Automate recurring reports and documentation to improve decision velocity and stakeholder self-service.
