Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Executive - Data Analyst who will focus on analyzing sales data to drive business growth and improve revenue performance. The role involves working closely with sales, marketing, and business teams to uncover insights, optimize funnels, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze sales data to identify trends, conversion gaps, and revenue opportunities that drive business growth.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key metrics such as lead conversion, revenue, and overall sales funnel performance with regular reporting.
• Dashboarding & Visualization: Build and maintain real-time dashboards to provide clear visibility into sales performance and KPIs.
• Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with sales teams to identify bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and enhance pipeline performance through data-backed insights.
• Advanced Analytics & Automation: Perform cohort and pipeline analysis, forecasting, and automate reporting processes to improve accuracy and decision-making speed.

Skills we seek:

• Excellent communication and data presentation skills.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Solid understanding of sales metrics, funnels, and business KPIs
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights and problem-solving abilities to monitor performance.
