Why this role exists

We're a growing #ElderTech startup and data is central to how we make decisions. We're looking for a hands-on Data Analyst who doesn't just build reports, but spots patterns, flags issues early, and recommends what we should do next. This is a high-ownership role with direct visibility into business decisions.

What you'll do

Work closely with founders, ops, sales & marketing teams

Analyse data across functions and turn it into clear, actionable insights

Build and maintain live dashboards & MIS for leadership

Identify trends, leakages, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities

Answer business questions like:

o Why did leads drop this week

o Which city / campaign / agent is underperforming Why

o What should we change next

Support quick, ad-hoc analysis in a fast-moving environment

Own data accuracy and reporting hygiene

What we're looking for

23 years experience as a Data Analyst / Business Analyst

Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills

Experience with dashboards / BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

Ability to communicate insights clearly, not just numbers

Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities

Bonus points if you

Have worked in a startup or fast-paced environment

Have analysed sales, marketing, or ops data

Enjoy solving messy, real-world business problems
