The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Pharmacy Data Analyst to support pharmacy operations, data management, reporting, and regulatory compliance. The role involves managing pharmacy claims, prescription validation, and healthcare data across EHR/Pharmacy Information Systems, with a strong focus on Power BIbased reporting and dashboarding to enable data-driven insights.

Work You'll Do

  • Manage and analyze pharmacy claims, including customer support, appeals, and grievances processes
  • Support pharmacy plan, client, and contract configuration activities
  • Perform prescription validation, documentation, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy
  • Handle pharmacovigilance data management, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements
  • Support customer order fulfillment processes and resolve data-related issues
  • Maintain and manage data within EHR (Electronic Health Records) and Pharmacy Information Systems
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor pharmacy operations, claims trends, compliance metrics, and KPIs
  • Translate business requirements into actionable insights through interactive dashboards and visualizations
  • Provide ongoing regulatory and compliance support, including audits and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and process efficiency
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in pharmacy data analysis or related healthcare roles
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy claims management and payer processes
  • Strong competency in Power BI, including dashboard creation, report optimization, and data visualization best practices
  • Experience with DAX, data modeling, and Power BI Service (workspaces, publishing, refresh schedules) is preferred
  • Experience with EHR systems or Pharmacy Information Systems
  • Understanding of pharmacovigilance and healthcare regulatory compliance
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills to interact with internal teams and stakeholders
