Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Data Analyst with strong expertise in RCM, CPT & Diagnostic Codes. You will play a key role in analyzing healthcare data, identifying revenue opportunities, and driving financial optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze reimbursement trends & Medicare rates across practices

Perform CPT-level revenue and payer analysis

Standardize data definitions and build data dictionaries

Identify revenue optimization opportunities

Collaborate with analytics & account teams for accurate reporting

What We're Looking For:

35 years in RCM & healthcare analytics

Strong knowledge of CPT & diagnostic coding

Experience with data analysis tools (Google Sheets/Excel, etc.)

Excellent analytical, problem-solving & communication skills

Understanding of Medicare reimbursement & EHR systems (preferred)
