Responsibilities
- Analyze user behavior, engagement, retention, and monetization trends across products like Sikka, Offerwall, and Immersive Ads.
- Build dashboards and reports to track key product and revenue metrics.
- Conduct funnel, cohort, and retention analysis to identify growth opportunities and user drop-offs.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests and product experiments.
- Monitor monetization metrics such as eCPM, CTR, ARPU, ARPDAU, conversion rates, and reward redemption performance.
- Identify anomalies, fraud patterns, and revenue leakages through data analysis.
- Partner with Product, Growth, and Engineering teams to drive data-backed decisions.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or Growth Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with Pandas, NumPy, and data visualization tools.
- Hands-on experience with Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar analytics platforms.
- Experience analyzing mobile app data, user journeys, funnels, cohorts, and retention metrics.
- Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Strong understanding of product metrics such as DAU, MAU, Retention, Churn, LTV, ARPU, and Conversion Rates.
Bonus Points
- Exposure to Kafka or streaming data pipelines.
- Working knowledge of Redis or in-memory caching tools.
- Experience in A/B testing design and evaluation.
- Familiarity with TensorFlow or HuggingFace for model experimentation.
