Data Analyst

Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive business decisions and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources.

• Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate insights.

• Identify trends, correlations, and actionable patterns in large data sets.

• Work closely with different teams (marketing, product, operations) to understand data needs.

• Maintain data integrity and accuracy across systems.

• Support predictive analysis and performance tracking initiatives.

• Present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear manner.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 02 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and SQL.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.

• Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and presentation abilities.
